All sales for physical products are final. However, any product that is defective or damaged will receive a replacement shipped to your address, free of charge.

 

Please report any damaged product by sending a message via the contact form on this site. Please include your name and order number to help identify your order as quickly as possible.

 

Replacements will be shipped out within one week of your notice.
